Terms and Conditions – 899v Platform Rules and Policies

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the 899v platform in any way — whether through the website, the Android mobile app, the iOS web app or any other format through which the platform is made available — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use the 899v platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

899v reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the 899v platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. 899v does not knowingly permit minors to use its services, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately and any funds held will be returned after verification, less any winnings generated.

By registering, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are using the platform for personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not excluded from gaming platforms through a self-exclusion programme or similar mechanism.
• You understand that gaming involves financial risk and that losses may occur.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 899v platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using different personal details, different payment methods or different devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

899v is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 899v are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in your account dashboard.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are from a legitimate source. 899v does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days.
• Deposits are for gaming use only and may be subject to verification before being credited in certain circumstances.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to another verified payment method registered to your account in your name. Withdrawals cannot be made to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on your VIP tier and the withdrawal method selected. Standard processing times are as follows:

• Raast / Bank Transfer: One to three business days after processing begins.
• Cards: Two to five business days depending on the issuing bank.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing begins. Requests submitted during periods of high volume may take longer. 899v reserves the right to withhold withdrawal payments pending the completion of ongoing verification procedures.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed and the request will be returned to your account balance.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

899v offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific bonus term and these general terms, the specific bonus term will apply.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses are valid for a stated period from the date of activation or deposit. Bonuses that have not been used within the validity period will expire automatically without compensation.

• Abandoned or Cancelled Matches: If a match is abandoned or cancelled without a result, affected pre-match bets are typically voided and stakes returned. In-play bets on segments of a match that have already been completed may be settled based on the completed portion.
• Obvious Errors: If odds are displayed or bets are accepted due to a technical error or manifest mistake, 899v reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.

• In-Play Betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets are subject to the current odds at the time of acceptance. Odds may change rapidly during live events and acceptance is not guaranteed during certain periods of play.
